My apologies to Sir Ian for taking this outrageous liberty. (Not any more, I haven’t had one from you)
But sometimes the little guy has to do something like this to get SERIOUSLY noticed. I have no intention of keeping this site for ever. Only until the matters I keep complaining about are INVESTIGATED. (or until you are sacked) Instead of being brushed aside by the incompetents he employs at Croydon Met Police. . . . Incompetents like Crime Manager Mark Stockford for instance, who was asked to look into the matter (but only because Croydon Constabulary were told to by The Directorate of Professional Standards MET Police Norbury) but did not have the wit to realise from the file who it is I’m complaining about. Obviously it was too much trouble to read the file properly.
Probably had another neighbourhood watch scheme to announce.
Let me be clear . . . Whilst some of my former complaints do involve those on the beat . . I do appreciate the difficult and sometimes hazardous job they do. . . . But when they COCK IT UP . . . It is up to the management to sort it out . . .. and not just DELIBERATELY IGNORE THE MATTER.

And they still can’t get it right. Because of my complaints Mark Stockford the Crime Manager “and member of the Senior Management Team working with Chief Superintendent Vicki Marr” reviewed the issues surrounding my complaint contained in my letter dated 29th January 2005” . . . . Supposedly.
He writes in his reply of the 30 March (two months later please note.) . “It is clear that your letter of complaint has been raised because you are not satisfied with the findings of the Ombudsman. Once again this is not an issue for police to investigate There are procedures for investigating failures on behalf of Local Authorities and these are designed to allow an independent viewpoint to be established. It would be an abuse of process were police to become involved in every case where a complainant to the Ombudsman, dissatisfied with the outcome of that enquiry”. .. . . SO IT’S THAT CLEAR IS IT MR STOCKFORD?

Unlawful trespass, unlawful intimidation, unlawful removal of property, incompetent handling of situations, total and laughable overkill, waste of police time and resources, unlawfully ignoring the reporting of gun crime, total ignorance, misplacing material evidence, (losing it probably), failure to reply to letters and phone calls over and over and over again, failure to investigate racist hate crime, failure to mediate when asked to, ignorance of the law, ignorance of the Association of Chief Police Officer’s directives over racial crime, or more likely denial of it, Ignorance of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 Chapter 37 part 11, or more likely denial of it, failure to investigate racially motivated urine attacks, failure to investigate fraud, deception and incitement to racial hatred. . . . just to be going on with. I’ll probably think of some more later .

We have been shown the letter sent by Sir Ian Blair to the Home Office within hours of the shooting of Jean Charles. We see he gave instructions that the IPCC should not be involved and would not be allowed into Stockwell station. Giovani da Silva said, “We can see that he felt completely free to act by himself. He prevented the IPCC from investigating Jean’s death as they should by law. And this he did at the very time when someone independent should have been at Stockwell tube recovering vital evidence. My claims made on this and other web sites are based on the fact that Metcalfe Copeman & Pettefar
( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions. They should have no reason, unless to do so would embarrass them or their clients in disclosure of lies, connivance, and conspiracy. In exactly the same fashion as the IWG, Denniss Matthews conspiracy. I have asked them over and over again to tell the truth but they have declined. It is reasonable and correct therefore to make the assumptions that I have and that are printed through out these sites. MCP Law still have the opportunity to refute these claims if they wish . . . Provided they can prove it that is.
