The Law Society just don’t get it do they? . . Here is their RANT about what Rick Kordowski is doing to Moss and Coleman Solicitors from Hornchurch. Very similar to what I’m doing to Ingram Winter Green, Tosser Solicitors of Islington. WC1. . . (I hope they print one about me . . yeah likely!)
They complain that it is practically impossible to get ‘spoof sites’ shut down because they can always be started up from another country. . . . what a load of tosh and nonsense . .( it can and has been done in an instant and they cite an example themselves) . . . . I’m doing far worse to IWG, but my host service assures me that they will not close down my site for them or anyone else . . (except me). . . . . it’s the same with MSN and Google. These Co’s know that their credibility relies on total free speech. . . .
and for the 1st time in the history of the world they are giving it to us.
In the past there were only the Newspapers to rely on . . . but they were totally fickle and
could be bought off or browbeaten . . . look at Robert Maxwell.
The point is Law Society . . that if there is defamation or harm to a Co caused by this. . . then it is
up to that Co to use what everyone else has to use . . . THE LAW . . . NOT other devious means like have a go at the service providers. . . . THOSE back hand days of (usually Masonic influence) are going to be over. Your impotence freely admitted in The Gazette shows that.
The point is Law Society . . . These firms of Solicitors have an advantage that none us has.

Moss & Coleman’s attempt to get “a blanket injunction” is outrageous and they deserve

(that bankrupted the firm in question and serves them right) . . . there can be a reason that only the afflicted party knows about and they do not wish to go to Court lest it inadvertently be discovered. I’m not saying that is the case here . . . but it has to be contemplated. . . .
all I know is . . . if a firm, especially Solicitors don’t want to go to Court
there is usually a REAL reason . . . . THEY KNOW WHAT IT IS . . . .

The Law Society’s incredible intervention, into spoof/parody sites is as noxious as the FA having a go at the News of the World for reporting a Football Player for snorting drugs. What The Law Society of England & Wales should do . . is exactly what the FA do . . . fine Solicitors who find themselves castigated on the web FOR BRINGING THE LAW PROFESSION INTO DISREPUTE . . . hang on a minute tho’ . . . . CONSPIRATORS Denniss Matthews Solicitors Anerley and Islington have been very busy. They managed to close half my sites for a little while. . . BUT is he the same Managing Director now at nscglobal under another but very similar name, Yaseen Khan as I am informed ? . . . . care to confirm or deny that any of you? . . . Not so far they haven’t.

( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions. They should have no reason, unless to do so would embarrass them or their clients in disclosure of lies, connivance, and conspiracy. I merely ask the question? If all of the above is true would that make him one? Daniel Ginsbury declines to ans either the former or the latter. It is true that I accuse IWG of being a bunch of total Wankers for allowing these sites to be here and are not able to fathom a way out of this dilemma.
